LASER WELDING 
In 2004, we acquired the Rofin laser welder. This machine is incredible and allows us to do many things in the jewelry repair field that jewelry stores at one time were not able to do. The laser welding provides micro welding in gold and platinum applications where it is required in proximity to sensitive stones (emeralds, opals). Here are just some of the applications of the laser welder:
- Glasses repair
- Platinum work
- Costume jewelry repair (brooches ect…)
- Jewelry repairs without stone removal
- Stronger joints than soldering
- Localized heat to minimize damage to stones
- I have even repair a garage door opener or two
