Sink Jewelers has a 14 day "no questions" asked return policy.  If for "any" reason you would like to return any item that you purchased, pack it up and ship it back to us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will refund the purchase price less shipping and sizing charges.

      Sink Jewelers allows 1 "free" sizing within 30 days of purchase.  After the 30 days or if you have subsequent sizings the normal sizing charges apply.  Please contact us to obtain an "authorization" number to return a ring for sizing.  Sizing is done on the premises, so the there is a quick turn around time. 

      Our sizes for women's rings are listed from 5-8.5.  If you need a size that is less than a 5 or more than an 8.5 please contact us because these pieces may have to be "made up" in size to keep the integrity of the ring intact.

      All 1/2 price items will carry a sizing charge unless the customer's size is the current size of the ring.  The regular sizing policy does not apply to 1/2 price items.  Any sizing pre-shipping or after recieving will require a charge.

     Sink Jewelers stands behind what we sell.  If you have an issue with any purchase, please contact us to resolve the issue.  If we think it is a manufacturing issue we will make it right.  Sink Jewelers can NOT be responsible for mis-treated or abused jewelry.

     Any piece of jewelry that is purchased from Sink Jewelers automatically comes with a written appraisal.    The appraisals contain:

• 2 copies (one for you, and one for your insurance company)
• great photo for your reference (paper, and digital if requested)
• written detailed description of the piece including the 4-C's
